Vivaldi allows adding custom entries to its menus

Starting in Developer Snapshot 2059.2, which hosts changes that will eventually land in Vivaldi 3.4, the browser allows further tweaking its menus by adding custom items. You can make it open a location, a link, and execute many of its internal commands, e.g. to switch between panels, notes, or open a file.

Vivaldi browser now allows specifying theme for private window

Starting in developer snapshot 2022.6, Vivaldi browser allows you to customize the private window theme. It now ships a special "private" theme, and also you to pick or create a custom one, and have unique themes for normal and private windows. There are also  changes to the address bar and ad blocker.

Some time ago the team behind the innovative Vivaldi browser launched a counterpart project for Android. The team ships beta versions for enthusiasts, and the stable version of the new fully-featured Vivaldi for Android for regular users, both require Android 5+.
