Windows 10 on ARM will receive support for 64-bit apps in November

As of this writing, Windows 10 on ARM is an ARM64 platform, which only supports 32-bit x86 apps via a built-in emulator. It is not possible to run traditional 64-bit apps in this OS. Earlier, we mentioned that this will eventually be changed. Finally, Microsoft today announced that the change goes live in November 2020.

Windows 10 Build 19042.546 released (20H2, Beta & Release Preview)

In addition to Windows 10 Build 20226 in the Dev channel, Microsoft has released Windows 10 build 19042.546 to the Beta and Release Preview channels. The update is released as a cumulative update and does not include any new features. Microsoft is finalizing Windows 10 version 20H2 before it hits the production branch.

PowerToys 0.23 is out with bug fixes only, no conference muting tool yet

Microsoft has released a maintenance update for the stable version of the PowerToys suite. While previously the company has announced the conference muting tool coming to the stable PowerToys, this release doesn't include it. It only comes with bugfixes and general improvements.
