Edge Dev 79.0.308.1 allows syncing tabs between devices, and more

Microsoft is releasing a new build to Dev Channel users of the Chromium-based Edge browser. Traditionally for Dev channel builds, the update features a number of features previously seen in Canary builds, along with fixes and improvements.

Here's what's new in Microsoft Edge Dev 79.0.308.1.

Sync tabs between devices

Syncing of open tabs between devices is now available.  To see the tabs from your other devices, go to the History section of the … menu.  Additionally, users with work or school accounts can now sync their data to Mac devices.

Changed behavior:

As you may already know, Microsoft is currently using three channels to deliver updates to Edge Insiders. The Canary channel receives updates daily (except Saturday and Sunday), the Dev channel is getting updates weekly, and the Beta channel is updated every 6 weeks. The stable channel is also on its way to users.
