Keep in mind that Microsoft perform Controlled Feature Rollouts, so you may not have these new options in your Microsoft Edge instance.

As you may already know, Microsoft is currently using three channels to deliver updates to Edge Insiders. The Canary channel receives updates daily (except Saturday and Sunday), the Dev channel is getting updates weekly, and the Beta channel is updated every 6 weeks. The stable channel is also on its way to users.

    1. On another site I found out that the “Show greeting” toggle is not shown if you don’t log in with aa Microsoft Account, which I have NO intention of doing.

So PLEASE help all us users who don’t want to log in to block this new and useless anti-privacy ‘feature’.
