Microsoft today releases March 2022 security updates for all supported versions of Windows 11 and Windows 10. There are a couple of patches that fix several security issues in the OS.

Winget 1.2 is out
Microsoft's open source package manager for Windows, winget, has reached yet another milestone in its production cycle. Version 1.2 is already available on the Microsoft Store and will be updated automatically for everyone. The highlights in this release are ARM64 Support, error handling, and new settings for local manifests.
Edge Canary has received a new Web App Sidebar feature
Microsoft is working on a new feature for its Edge browser called "Web App Sidebar". When enabled, it adds a right sidebar to a PWA or website running in app mode with extra options. Those include the ability to manage the app contents, as well as to run a search query using Bing.
