Disable Hibernation but Keep Fast Startup

In Windows 8 and Windows 10, there is a feature called Fast Startup to speed up the boot process. When enabled, it makes Windows boot very fast. The operating system uses a hybrid shutdown which writes the memory occupied by the OS kernel and loaded drivers to the C:\hiberfil.sys file. Unlike full hibernation, it discards the user session by logging out the user. On the next boot, it restores the saved information to RAM immediately but loads a fresh user session. Photos app updated for Windows Insiders with new UI tweaks and features

Microsoft has started rolling out another update for its in-build Windows 10 Photos app for members of the Windows Insider program. Windows 10 Mobile Build 14977 is out for Insiders in the Fast Ring

Microsoft has released another Windows 10 Creators Update build for Windows 10 Mobile Insiders. This time it's build 14977 and it's available for mobile devices on the Fast Ring. The desktop variant was postponed this time because of some "blocking bugs" as Microsoft employees referred to them. There's a pretty small amount of changes in this build, but still it's nice to get a new one since the last few times, Mobile builds were released with a huge delay compared to PC builds.
