KB5014666 optional Windows 10 update fixes Hotspot and adds new features
Microsoft has released a new optional "C" update to everyone running Windows 11 version 21H2 and 21H1. The patch KB5014666 raises the OS version to builds 19042.1806 and 19043.1806. Besides traditional general improvements and fixes, it also resolves the infamous Hotspot bug. Surprisingly for a cumulative update, it adds new printing and networking features.
Edge Collections will soon receive Inspiration Feed, Follow Creators, and more
Microsoft has officially announced several improvements that soon come to the Edge browser, and its Collections feature. It will allow you to save images and videos directly to a Collection, and follow Content creators on sites like YouTube and TikTok. Finally, Collections will receive a new "Inspiration Feed" to display related content to your collections.
Firefox 102 is out with improved privacy and security fixes
Mozilla has released Firefox 102, which serves as base for the ESR version. So, the stable branch, as well as ESR are now on Firefox 102, with Firefox 103 entering Beta. The update is notable with a few UI enhancements, along with privacy and stability improvements, and 22 security fixes.
