YouTube has revealed that it is currently testing two innovative artificial intelligence functionalities with the aim of enhancing the YouTube viewing experience. Initially, these features will only be available to a select group of users.
Windows 11 allows moving Copilot to the system tray
Microsoft is testing a new feature for the Copilot. It can now be moved to the system tray. In this case, the taskbar button will disappear, and the Copilot icon will become the first button at the right screen edge. Clicking it will open the same sidebar, i.e. visually there will be no other changes.
OneDrive now asks for a reason to exit it, otherwise it won’t close
Microsoft has updated the OneDrive client app so that now it prevents the user from exiting it. Upon attempting to close OneDrive on Windows, you will be prompted to complete a survey explaining your reason for choosing to exit the application.
Windows 11 now supports 7Z and TAR archive creation
The latest Canary release, Windows 11 build 25992, adds native support for 7z and Tar archive creation. Just like you've been creating ZIP archives for decades, you can now use these formats without having to install any external applications. Right-click a file or folder, select Compress to..., and pick the desired compression option.
Microsoft is about to add Copilot to Windows 10
Microsoft plans to bring up the Copilot feature to Windows 10 in a future update. This decision has been driven by the significant market share still held by Windows 10, which is currently utilized on approximately one billion devices, compared to Windows 11's 400 million. Incorporating Copilot into Windows 10 appears to be a strategic move to expand its user base.

Microsoft today released Windows 11 Build 23585 to the Dev channel. It allows removing more inbox apps, including Camera, Cortana, Photos, People, and Remote Desktop Client (MSTSC). There are also an updated Snipping Tool app, and a few fixes.
Windows 11 Build 25992 (Canary) improves Snipping Tool and SMB
Windows 11 Build 25992, which is now available to Insiders in the Canary channel, introduces a number of Server Message Block (SMB) protocol changes, and several fixes to Explorer and other components. Also it includes an updated Snipping Tool app that works better with HDR.
Confirmed: KB5031455 breaks Windows 11 desktop icon layout
Microsoft has confirmed a bug in Windows 11. After installing the October Cumulative Update KB5031455 for Windows 11 (22H2 and 23H2), the desktop icons become a mess when you launch Windows Copilot. The bug mostly appear on systems with multiple monitors.

Mozilla will release extensions for Firefox on Android on November 21
Mozilla has announced that Firefox browser extensions will soon be available on Android. The update is scheduled for November 21. Mozilla urges developers to evaluate their extension code in anticipation of the new release.
