Microsoft has released monthly cumulative updates for all supported operating systems. Traditionally for Patch Tuesday, they do not bring anything new besides fixes. One of Insiders running the latest Dev channel build of Windows 11 has spotted a change to the taskbar. It doesn't fill the whole screen space, and has padding at edges.
