Microsoft is testing the Xbox Game Pass family subscription, which will allow users to add other people to their subscription and give them access to the benefits of the service. Xbox Game Pass Family Preview is now available in Colombia and Ireland. You can add up to four people to your subscription, but they must all be in the same country as you.

Outlook Lite for Android released, as small as only 5 MB
Microsoft has released Outlook Lite for Android. The new app is now available in select countries. It is intended to be light on resource consumption, and comes with the basic functionality only. The app size is only 5 MB, while the regular Outlook app is at about 88 MB. This way, the Outlook Lite shows decent performance on budget Android devices.
Xbox insiders can now use Discord voice chats
Today, a significant change has landed in the Xbox Insider program. Microsoft has made available Discord voice chats to a select group of users, so they can use them from their game console. This update makes it easier to communicate with friends that play on different platforms. The novelty will become broader available in the near future.
Chrome OS Flex is now available for PCs and Macs
Earlier in February 2022, Google introduced a freeware lightweight Chrome OS Flex. This operating system can be installed on any PC, including aged hardware. Chrome OS Flex grew out of Newerware's CloudReady project. The Newerware company was acquired by Google at the end of 2020.
New Camera, Media Player and Movies & TV app versions are available to Insiders
Microsoft has released updated versions of the Camera and Media Player apps for Windows Insider members on the Dev channel. New versions will be available in the Microsoft Store in the coming hours.
PowerToys version 0.60 comes with better Windows 11 compatibility
Microsoft has released a new stable version of PowerToys 0.60 that goes even better with Windows 11. Its tools now appear in the modern compact menus directly, "always on top" now uses rounder borders for highlights, and more. Besides Windows 11-specific improvements, there are fixes and new capabilities in FancyZones, PowerToys Run, and other apps.
