Dropbox is discontinuing unlimited storage on its business-focused Advanced plan. It has been discovered that some users were utilizing the plan for resource-intensive activities like cryptocurrency mining. As a result, the 3-license Advanced plan will now offer a total of 15 TB of pooled storage, with each additional license adding 5 TB of disk space.

Firefox now allows importing extensions from Chrome
Firefox is getting the ability to import add-ons from other browsers, e.g. Chrome. The new feature will work similar to how it imports bookmarks, settings, saved passwords and browsing history. As of this writing, an early implementation of the expanded import is already enabled for a small percentage of Firefox 116 users.

Firefox lost 3.92% (7.4 million) users in the last 12 months
According to an analysis of the company's report by developer Alex Ivanovs, the number of Mozilla Firefox browser users has decreased by approximately 3.92% (7.4 million) over the past year. Since 2019, the browser has lost a total of 30.3% of users, equivalent to 77 million.
Microsoft Office Excel gets Python support
Microsoft announced that Excel users can now use the Python programming language to work with data in spreadsheets. The feature is currently only available to members of the Microsoft 365 Insider program as a public preview.

Google cancels Chromebooks with NVidia GPUs
Google has canceled a project of reference motherboards codenamed Agah, Hades, and Herobrine with discrete GPUs, which could signal the abandonment of expensive gaming Chromebooks. Overlays and builders for them have already been disabled and removed.
