This is done with just one click and uses the built-in Windows Firewall to block or allow it. OneClickFirewall is a small program I made which integrates with the Explorer context menu. All you need to do is right click the application you want to block and select "Block Internet Access".

Running Windows 7? Taskbar Pinner is a must have app for you
Out of the box, Windows 7 allows you to pin programs to the taskbar. In later versions of Windows like Windows 8 and Windows 10, Microsoft allows the user to pin folders and settings to Start but not the Taskbar.
