Microsoft has released a new cumulative updates to Insiders in the Release Preview ring of Windows 10. The patch KB4522355 changes the build numbers to Build 18362.448 for those who have version 1903 (19H1) installed, and to Build 18363.448 for Insiders running Windows 10 version 1909 (19H2).
