Microsoft is Testing Dark Mode for Bing

Bing New Logo Icon

In addition to the new logo, Microsoft is updating Bing with Dark mode. A small group of users in US are already lucky to get their hands on it.Bing, Microsoft's exclusive search solution, has got a new experimental dark appearance. When opened in Chrome or Edge, it can detect if the system is in dark mode, and follows it.

The dark appearance is extremely popular these days. Browsers, web apps, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Store apps, and Linux themes - many of them support dark mode.

Bing.com joins the trend. The experimental dark theme plays nice with dark interfaces. Users report that Bing also appears dark in the Incognito/InPrivate browsing.

Besides the dark theme, Microsoft is also testing a new logo for the Bing search engine. Here's how it looks.

As of this writing, only USA users are seeing the update.
