Now it is time for Microsoft Edge users to update the browser on their mobile devices as Edge 97 arrived on Android and iOS.

What is new in Edge 97 for iOS and Android?

Here are the changes and new features available in Microsoft Edge 97 on iOS and Android:

  • Password Monitor. Similar to the desktop version of Edge, mobile users can keep their credentials secure with Password Monitor. The browser can check for data breaches and notify the user if a stored login is found in a list of compromised accounts.
  • Weather on the New Tab Page. Again, just as its older sibling, Edge for iOS and Android now displays weather conditions on the New Tab Page.
  • Adjustable Text Size. Microsoft Edge 97 for iPhone and iPad now allows adjusting the font size on web pages.
  • Trending on Bing. See popular search requests on Bing.
  • The Surf Game. You can now play the Surf game inside Microsoft Edge on iOS. Open the edge://surf link to get started. It is worth noting that Edge users can currently play the game with a limited-time Ski theme. The latter is available on all desktop and mobile platforms.
