After a month, Microsoft finally releases a webcam fix for Surface Pro X

Microsoft developers have released a driver update to resolve issues with non-working webcams on the Surface Pro X. The updated camera driver is finally available on Windows Update. It supports Surface devices running Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 21H2/22H2 with Qualcomm 8cx Gen 1, Qualcomm 8cx Gen 2, Microsoft SQ1, and Microsoft SQ2 chips. Microsoft is working on ARM-based Surface Go 4 and 11-inch Surface Pro

These are updates in the Microsoft’s Surface device family

Microsoft holds the Surface event, and reveals updates to the device family. As expected, the company announced the Surface Pro 9, along with merge of the Surface Pro X with the main Surface Pro line. The new Surface Pro 9 is now the first device that include processor options from both Intel and Qualcomm/ARM. There are also Surface Studio 2+ with 11th gen Intel processor and NVIDIA RTX graphics, and Surface Laptop 5 with 12th Generation Intel Processors.
