How to Disable Write with Fingertip in Windows 10

As you may already know, Windows 10 includes a special mode for the touch keyboard, which turns it into a handwriting panel. In addition to a pen or stylus, you can use your fingertip for inputting text. In you are not happy with this feature, you can disable it.   1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Devices -> Pen & Windows Ink.

  1. Open the Registry Editor app.
  2. Go to the following Registry key.

Note: Even if you are running 64-bit Windows you must still create a 32-bit DWORD value.

A value data of 1 will re-enable the feature.
