How to Turn On or Off PC Charging Slowly over USB Notification in Windows 10

if you are charging your PC over USB using a charger that didn't come with your device, you may receive a notification about slow charging. If you have no other charger and no option to change it, the notification can be really annoying.  Here is how to disable it.

When your PC is plugged in, you might see a status message that says your PC is charging slowly or discharging when you hover over or select the Battery icon on the taskbar. This might happen if you’re using a charger that didn’t come with your device. The charger may be isn’t powerful enough to charge your PC. Also, check the USB port you have connected your charger to.  Make sure you're connecting your charger to the charging port on your PC. Finally, if the charging cable doesn’t meet the power requirements for the charger or PC, you can try to replace it.

If you have no option to resolve the issue and can leave your device charging only at the current slow speed, seeing the notification can be really annoying.
