Disable Streamlined Pairing to Bluetooth in Windows 10

Starting with Windows 10 build 17093, the OS allows pairing and connecting supported devices with just one click. When such a device is ready to pair and present in the Bluetooth transmitter's range, click on the notification toast to proceed.

Here is how it works.

Streamlined Pairing For Bluetooth

  1. This is now out of date. I would like to know how to do this because my airpod pro’s will be connected to my iOS device, but windows 10 will supersede my phone’s bluetooth connection. I only want to connect to my airpods sometimes without turning bluetooth off completely. Please let me know when you have an answer.
