Windows 10 Build 16299.251 is out with KB4090913

Today, Microsoft released a new cumulative update to users running Windows 10 build 16299. The update package KB4090913 raises the OS version to 16299.251. This update fixes an issue with Windows 10 that can cause USB devices like keyboards, web cameras, or pointing devices to stop working.
