Chrome now allows you to reorder tabs with keyboard shortcuts

Linux users are able to change the order of tabs in Google Chrome for several years. Recently, Chrome devs added the same capability to the macOS version of the browser. But on Windows this option was totally missing. You could switch between tabs in Chrome for Windows using the keyboard, but couldn't reorder them. This has finally changed, and the change is already live in Chrome Canary.

PowerToys Peek will show a quick image preview with a keystroke

The PowerToys team is working on a new tool for the app suite. Called "PowerToys Peek", it adds a new option to File Explorer. When you press a hotkey (Shift + Space by default) on the selected image, it opens a frameless window with the image preview. This works independently from your current file associations and doesn't change them.

Microsoft Edge allows specifying a date range when browsing history

Microsoft Edge has got a tiny but useful improvement. The browser now allows you to quickly go to the specific day or the date range in the browsing history. The appropriate option is available on the full history page, which opens in a new tab rather than in a quick flyout.
