These restrictions will be implemented gradually for all users and will be fully enforced by the end of September. To address the issue, YouTube will provide content creators with an alternative method to link full videos to Shorts.

The builds have the same features, but in Build 22631.2191 they are turned on by default, while in Build 22621.2191 they are turned off by default. Windows 365 Switch, HDR wallpapers, Narrator Natural Voices in more languages are among them.

Google Arts & Culture now offers postcards with AI-generated poems
Google has introduced a new option in its Arts & Culture service that allows creating postcards featuring poems written by artificial intelligence. With this tool, users can choose the theme of the poem and specify the source that will inspire the AI. The new feature is available in the Google Arts & Culture app and on the project website.

YouTube won’t show recommendations with watch history disabled
YouTube will no longer show video recommendations to users who have turned off their browsing history. The changes took effect on August 8 and will be gradually rolled out to all users.
Snipping Tool now allows editing screenshots and videos in external apps
The latest update of Snipping Tool, version 11.2306.43.0, adds the ability to directly edit a screenshot or video capture in an external app. Currently, there are hardcoded buttons for Paint and Clipchamp.
