Windows 10 1903 May Allow to Pause Updates in Home Edition
As of this writing, users of Windows 10 Home cannot put updates on pause. This feature is exclusive to the Pro edition, or higher. There is a chance that this may change with Windows 10 1903, code name "19H1".

Change Speech Recognition Profiles in Windows 10
Windows provides both a device-based speech recognition feature (available through the Windows Speech Recognition Desktop app), and a cloud-based speech recognition service in those markets and regions where Cortana is available.
