Microsoft had ended support for Windows 10 version 1803 'April 2018 Update' for Home and Pro users on November 12, 2019. These editions are no longer supported. However, Microsoft still supports Enterprise, Education, and IoT Enterprise editions of Windows 10, version 1803. The end-of-support date is now revised, and it is May 11, 2021. Windows 10 April 2018 update now available for download
Microsoft today announced the full availability of Windows 10 "April 2018 Update" for the stable branch of the OS. The official ISO images can be downloaded from the company's web site. Existing Windows 10 users can install it via Windows Update.

Microsoft today released a new update for Windows 10 version 1803 to Windows Insiders in the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings. This update raises the OS version to 17134.5.

Microsoft Announces Windows 10 version 1803 “April 2018 Update”
Microsoft has finally announced the Windows 10 version 1803, which got named "April 2018 Update". Public rollout will happen on May 8, but it will be possible to download the OS manually starting April 30th.

Version 1803 may be called Windows 10 April Update
Microsoft recently released Windows 10 Build 17134.1 to the Slow and Release Preview rings. The official release date of version 1803 is still not announced, and even its official name is not revealed. However, Microsoft Edge on Build 17134.1 shows Windows 10 April Update on the homepage.

Windows 10 version 1803 may be postponed again due to another bug
As you may already know , Windows 10 Redstone 4 Build 17133 was highly expected to be the final release for version 1803 after it rolled out to Insiders on the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings in a short period of time. However, Microsoft had discovered a bug and the release was postponed. Instead, a new build, Windows 10 Build 17134, was released to Fast ring insiders. Unfortunately, there is a new bug in the OS which can delay its release again.
