Microsoft today released a new update for Windows 10 version 1803 to Windows Insiders in the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings. This update raises the OS version to 17134.5.
The update has no change log available as of this writing. It was announced via Twitter.
Are you on build 17134.1? If so, check for updates! KB4135051 is now published and will update you to 17134.5. This applies to all rings: Fast, Slow, and Release Preview. This is a quick download/install. Let us know how it goes!

Microsoft is preparing for public rollout of Windows 10 version 1803, so this update is part of the preparation phase.
Windows 10 version 1803, now known as April 2018 Update, will include features like Timeline, Focus Assist, a brand new Xbox Game Bar, Dictation and text suggestions for the physical keyboard, etc. Its complete change log can be found here:
