Microsoft is releasing a new cumulative update to Windows 10 Insiders in the Release Preview ring, Traditionally, the company ships two new builds, one targets 19H1 users (build 18362.285), and another is from the 19H2 branch (build 18363.385). The update packages are actually the same, but the 19H2 build includes a number of new features activated by default.

Windows 10 Build 18363.329 (19H2, Release Preview) is now available to all Insiders
Earlier in August, Microsoft released a couple of builds to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring. One of them was 19H2 Build 18363.329 from the 19H2 development branch. Initially, it was released to a small subset of users (10%). Microsoft today removed that limitation and made the update available to all the "seekers".
Windows 10 Build 18362.10019 (19H2, Slow Ring)
Microsoft is releasing Windows 10 build 18362.10019 to Insiders running the OS version 1903 'May 2019 Update' who have configured their devices to receive the updates from the Slow Ring. The patch replaces two previously released updates, 18362.10014 and 18362.10015.

Microsoft is testing a couple of new cumulative updates in the Release Preview rings. 19H1 Build 18362.329 and 19H2 Build 18363.329 are out to Windows Insiders.

Microsoft starts testing Windows 10 version 1909, also known as '19H2' in the Release Preview ring. A new build 18363.327 is now available to a small select group of insiders (it is released for around 10 percent of Release Preview users).
Windows 10 Builds 18362.10014 & 18362.10015 (19H2, Slow Ring)
Microsoft releases a couple of updates to Slow Ring insiders. Microsoft continues controlled feature rollouts, so only select Insiders in the Slow Ring will get new features.
Windows 10 Builds 18362.10012 & 18362.10013 (19H2)
Microsoft are releasing 19H2 Build 18362.10012 and Build 18362.10013 to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. A subset of Insiders in the Slow ring will have features turned off by default, and another subset will have them turned on by default. This means not everyone in the Slow ring will see new features right away.
19H2 Build 18362.10006 Released to Select Small Group of Insiders
Microsoft is releasing a new update to a small select group of Insiders in the Slow ring. As a reminder, Windows Insiders in the Slow ring who are on the Windows 10 May 2019 Update will be receiving 19H2 via servicing as a Cumulative Update and not a full build update.
