Microsoft has introduced a new version of SwiftKey for Android, where Bing Chat was renamed Copilot and also included GPT-4 Turbo.
Microsoft has introduced a convenient Copilot button on the SwiftKey toolbar, providing quick access to the AI assistant. Additionally, by clicking on the Tone button, users can instantly modify the tone of their messages.
In a significant September 2023 update, Microsoft rolled out Bing Chat AI and Image Creator powered by DALL-E 3 for Android smartphones with a "Bing" icon in the SwiftKey app. One could use it for creating and sharing images using DALL-E 3 technology. Additionally, the Copilot DALL-E 3 Designer has been seamlessly integrated into the Emoji section, enabling users to design and share their own images on various messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram.
To enjoy these latest features, users need to download SwiftKey Keyboard from the Play Store and follow the on-screen prompts, including adjusting the default keyboard settings. Simply open a text field in apps like WhatsApp, upload or share images, tap the Emoji icon on SwiftKey, select Designer, log in to your Microsoft account, describe the image, and hit Enter.
Designer is a valuable addition to SwiftKey's existing AI capabilities, complementing Copilot integration with Bing Search, Tone settings, and a Chat feature for asking questions. Moreover, Microsoft Copilot Pro subscribers can make use of advanced ChatGPT-4 Turbo functionalities, accessible on both iOS and Android devices via the Edge browser.
