Microsoft has brought Bing Chat to SwiftKey

Microsoft has brought Bing Chat to SwiftKey, a popular keyboard app for Android devices. It will allow the user to search for information and share it in a chat conversation without leaving the messaging app. It sports auto-suggestions for search queries based on the conversation context.

Microsoft has been actively integrating artificial intelligence into its products, and the company's recent push towards this goal has been similar to the advertising of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Teams. Many of Microsoft's apps and services, including Bing, Edge, various Office apps have already incorporated AI features.

Now, Microsoft has brought its Bing Chat feature to the SwiftKey mobile keyboard, allowing users to search for information and share it in a chat conversation without leaving the messaging app. This integration is part of Microsoft's ongoing effort to make AI more accessible and useful for users across a broad range of devices and platforms.

The integration of Microsoft Bing chatbot is being rolled out to the latest beta of SwiftKey for Android, which allows users to access the chatbot feature by signing in with their Microsoft account.  To use Bing Chat, users can tap on the Bing icon in the SwiftKey toolbar.

Pedram Razaei, the CTO of Microsoft and the person responsible for the company's mobile business, has confirmed that additional AI functions will be integrated into SwiftKey. These features are currently being rolled out gradually in the SwiftKey beta channel, and we can expect more news in the near future.
