This month's WSA update for Windows 11 comes with several improvements. It includes Chromium WebView version 104 and changes made to the subsystem, so it performs faster. Besides, there are several quality of life and reliability improvements.
Windows 10 21H2 Build 19044.2075 adds new taskbar options
Besides the new Release Preview build of Windows 11, Microsoft has also updated Windows 10 with new features. The company released KB5017380, Build 19044.2075, to Insiders on the Release Preview channel that adds new options to the taskbar properties in Settings, disables TLS 1.0 and 1.1, and several fixes. There's no word from the company on when they plan to release a newer Windows 10 22H2 version.
Windows 11 Build 22000.1041 (KB5017383) improves widgets and adds WebAuthn passwordless authentication
Microsoft has released a new patch for Windows 11. KB5017383, currently in preview, raises the OS Build number to 22000.1041. Since it is a preview update, you must install it from the optional updates section in the Settings app. Here are the changes it comes with.
Windows 11 Build 25201 allows making widgets pane full-screen
A new Dev channel build is out today to Insiders. Besides traditional portion of fixes, including a memory leak fix, Windows 11 Build 25201 allows expanding the Widgets pane full-screen. So it reminds of the Start screen of Windows 8. There are also improvements made to the Game Pass widget.
Discord voice chats are now available to all Xbox users
A new update the Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles brings support for Discord voice chats. This doesn't mean that Xbox now has a full-fledged Discord application. There is now only the ability to redirect a voice call to a game console using the Xbox mobile app.
Windows Terminal 1.16 adds themes, new colors and text rendering engine
Microsoft today released a new preview version of the Terminal app. It brings with it themes, so you can change the style and appearance of Terminal with a couple of clicks. Besides themes, it also features new color schemes and a new GUI for managing them. Finally, Terminal has switched to a new text rendering engine, "Atlas". It is now active by default.
Cumulative Updates for Windows 11 and 10, September 2022
Microsoft has released a set of cumulative updates for all supported Windows versions. These include Windows 11, and actual/supported Windows 10 releases, 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, and 1809.

Windows 11 Beta Channel is updated to Builds 22621.598 and 22622.598
