YouTube now has a new feature called "Stable Volume." It appears under video settings. While it doesn't have a prominent description as of this writing, it must be a normalizer and compressor. Release Preview Channel is now getting new Windows 11 and 10 builds

Microsoft just released three new builds to Insiders running Windows 11 and Windows 10 in the Release Preview channel. Windows 11 Build 22621.2066 (KB5028254) is available to those who have version 22H2 installed, while the original Windows 11 release users receive Windows 11 Build 22000.2243 (KB5028245).
