.NET Framework 4.7.1 Offline Installer is out

Microsoft today released the final version of .NET Framework 4.7.1. The release is available for Windows 10 1703, 1607, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 , Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016. Here is how to get it.
