Microsoft has made available more pre-released Edge builds for Apple M1 devices. It is now possible to install the native browser version from any of the Insider channels on MacBook Air (M1, version 2020), MacBook Pro (M1, version 2020, 13"), and Mac mini (version 2020).
Earlier, Microsoft was shipping Dev and Canary builds for Mac ARM, so the same is now available for the Beta channel.

For pre-release versions, Microsoft is currently using three channels to deliver updates to Edge Insiders. The Canary channel receives updates daily (except Saturday and Sunday), the Dev channel is getting updates weekly, and the Beta channel is updated every 6 weeks.
The app can be downloaded from the website for Insiders.
