Microsoft has released a new cumulative updates to Insiders in the Release Preview ring of Windows 10. The patch KB4522355 changes the build numbers to Build 18362.448 for those who have version 1903 (19H1) installed, and to Build 18363.448 for Insiders running Windows 10 version 1909 (19H2).
Traditionally for Release Preview Ring updates, there change log is not available.
In addition to the mentioned patch, there is a new servicing stack update KB4525419.
To download these updates, open Settings - > Update &recovery and click on the Check for Updates button on the right.
Your PC must be configured to receive updates from the Release Preview ring.
