Enable Ultimate Performance Power Plan in Windows 10 (Any Edition)
With Windows 10 Spring Creators Update version 1803, Microsoft introduced a new power scheme - Ultimate Performance. It is designed to reduce micro-latencies and will require the system to consume more power to give full performance.
