Network Computers are Not Visible in Windows 10 Version 1803
With Windows 10 version 1803, Microsoft has removed the ability to create a new HomeGroup. With the removal of the feature, Windows 10 has issues with showing certain computers over the Windows Network (SMB), leaving them invisible in the Network folder of File Explorer. Windows 10 Redstone 4 Build 17133 was highly expected to be the final release for the update version 1803 "Spring Creators Update" after it rolled out to Insiders on the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings in a short period of time. However, a new build, Windows 10 Build 17134, is available in the Fast ring.
Windows 10 Build 17643 Released with Sets and Edge improvements
Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17643 from the "Redstone 5" branch to Windows Insiders who have opted into Skip Ahead. This release comes with tons of improvements to the Sets feature (known as Tabs or Tabbed Shell), along with improvements to the Microsoft Edge browser.

Disable Web Search in Windows 10 version 1803
Windows 10 comes with a new feature called "Cortana". It is a digital assistant which is integrated with the search feature.
