When enabled, it automatically shows the suggested text that matches the letters you type in the Run dialog, in the address bar and in Open and Save dialogs of apps. Microsoft has started an investigation, so Windows 10 version 1809 has been temporarily pulled from their servers. It is not available for download any more for now.
