As you may already know, Windows 10 allows you to switch between the dark and light themes. This can be done with Settings. The appropriate options are located under Personalization -> Colors. Also, you can customize the accent color and apply it to the Start menu and taskbar, and/or window title bars. With a simple Registry tweak, you can enable the black color for title bars only, and keep the current color of window frames (e.g. the default blue color).

Windows 10 version 1809 is available via Windows Update
As you may remember, Microsoft pulled Windows 10 October 2018 Update quickly after its release because of a number of critical bugs. It looks like the company has fixed all critical issues with version 1809. Today, it appeared on Windows Update, so every Windows 10 user can update his or her PC to the latest version of the OS if their have compatible hardware.
Windows 10 Build 18317 (Fast Ring)
Microsoft is releasing a new build from the development branch (the next Windows 10 version, currently known as version 1903, or 19H1). Windows 10 Build 18317 features a number of improvements made to Windows Console, a new separated UI for Cortana and Search, and a refreshed look of certain pages in Settings.

Windows 10 1903 May Allow to Pause Updates in Home Edition
As of this writing, users of Windows 10 Home cannot put updates on pause. This feature is exclusive to the Pro edition, or higher. There is a chance that this may change with Windows 10 1903, code name "19H1".
Windows 10 Build 18312.1007 (KB4487181) is out
A new cumulative update is out to Insiders who have configured Windows 10 to receive updates from the Fast ring. KB4487181 raises the OS version to Build 18312.1007.

Change Speech Recognition Profiles in Windows 10
Windows provides both a device-based speech recognition feature (available through the Windows Speech Recognition Desktop app), and a cloud-based speech recognition service in those markets and regions where Cortana is available. You can create multiple profiles for Speech Recognition to store information about how to recognize your voice. Also, switching between profiles allows recognizing a different voice.
Import Hyper-V Virtual Machine in Windows 10
Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 8 come with Client Hyper-V so you can run a supported guest operating system inside a Virtual Machine. Hyper-V is Microsoft's native hypervisor for Windows. It was originally developed for Windows Server 2008 and then ported to Windows client OS. It has improved over time and is present in the latest Windows 10 release as well. You can use the import-export feature to move a virtual machine between your Hyper-V host machines. Also, by importing a previously exported virtual machine, you can restore it from backup.
