Build 18356.16: KB4494123 (Slow Ring) for Windows 10
Microsoft is releasing KB4494123 for Windows 10 build 18356 to Insiders in the Slow Ring. Build 18356 was originally released to Fast ring insiders on Friday, March 15. Today's patch ships with only a small change to the OS.
Windows 10 Build 18361 (Fast Ring)
Another update is available to Fast Ring Insiders. Build 18361 carries only a few minor changes.

Sticky Notes is a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app which is bundled with Windows 10 starting in "Anniversary Update" and comes with a number of features which the classic desktop app didn't have. Recently, developers announced support for images in Sticky Notes. Microsoft today released a new version of the app to Insiders in Skip Ahead, that finally includes the image attachments feature.
Add Unblock File Context Menu in Windows 10
When you download files from the Internet, Windows adds zone information to it and stores it in the file's NTFS alternate steam. Windows 10 shows you a security warning every time you try to open it. Some file types are fully blocked from opening. SmartScreen, a security feature of Windows 10, causes this behavior. But even if SmartScreen is turned off, you still get a warning and need to unblock downloaded files. To save your time, you can add a special context menu to unblock files faster.
