Microsoft is working on a new cut down version of Windows 10 for the "Redstone 5" feature update of Windows 10. It is called "Windows 10 Lean", starts in Windows 10 S Mode, and currently identifies itself as "Windows 10 CloudE".

Version 1803 may be called Windows 10 April Update
Microsoft recently released Windows 10 Build 17134.1 to the Slow and Release Preview rings. The official release date of version 1803 is still not announced, and even its official name is not revealed. However, Microsoft Edge on Build 17134.1 shows Windows 10 April Update on the homepage.
File Explorer in Windows 10 is Getting a Dark Theme
In Windows 8, Microsoft changed the look of the good old Explorer application completely. It got the Ribbon UI instead of the menu and a toolbar which is hard to disable. Windows 10 version 1803 may be postponed again due to another bug
As you may already know , Windows 10 Redstone 4 Build 17133 was highly expected to be the final release for version 1803 after it rolled out to Insiders on the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings in a short period of time. However, Microsoft had discovered a bug and the release was postponed. Instead, a new build, Windows 10 Build 17134, was released to Fast ring insiders. Unfortunately, there is a new bug in the OS which can delay its release again.
Microsoft is killing the classic OneNote desktop app
With the release of Office 2019 later this year, Microsoft will kill its desktop OneNote app. As you may know, there are desktop and UWP (Universal Windows Platform) versions available, but OneNote for Windows 10 (the Store app) will survive.
