At some point of time, Microsoft removed the clock from the Calendar flyout, the one that opens when you click the taskbar date & time area. The flyout used to prominently display the current time, day, and date at the top. Below this, there was a mini-calendar view showing the current month with the day highlighted. The good news is that the removed clock is returning to the flyout, and it is getting an option to show or hide it on demand.

Google Introduces Automatic Reboot Feature for Android Phones
Google is rolling out a new feature in Google Play Services update 25.14, set to release next week, that automatically reboots smartphones after three days of inactivity (no screen unlock). This functionality, inspired by the GrapheneOS Android platform, aims to enhance security by resetting decrypted user data sections to their original, encrypted state. After a reboot, user data remains encrypted until the owner unlocks the device with a password.

Snipping Tool with Text Extractor is now available to Windows 11 Insiders
Microsoft has released an update for the Snipping Tool app (version 11.2503.27.0) to Windows 11 Insiders using Dev and Canary channel builds. The app now includes a "Text Extractor" button in the capture toolbar. This addition makes text extraction more convenient, as it directly starts the OCR of the screen selection. Taking a dedicated screenshot to use with OCR is no longer necessary.
