Winaero Tweaker on Windows 11

Winaero Tweaker is a free app for all versions of Windows that lets you adjust (i.e. tweak) hidden secret settings that Microsoft does not let you adjust from the user interface. In addition, it allows you to add extra value to existing Windows apps and tools with advanced context menus, options, and handy commands.

It is a powerful system utility that supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11 and includes hundreds of settings. It also includes many options that were earlier available exclusively in my standalone applications.

Microsoft launches Teams Essentials for small businesses

Microsoft has announced the launch of Microsoft Teams Essentials, which is specifically designed for small and medium businesses. This product expands slightly on the free version of Microsoft Teams for enterprises, which is useful if your organization doesn't need the functionality of a Microsoft 365 subscription.

Windows 11 Build 22509 restores the taskbar clock on the secondary display

Microsoft today released Windows 11 Build 22509 to Dev channel Insiders. The most important changes in this release include the ability to pin more items to the Start menu by reducing the Recent files area. Also, Windows 11 will finally display the clock on all taskbars on all displays.

PowerToys 0.51 released with mouse pointer highlight for presentations

Microsoft today released a new version of its PowerToys app suite. It is notable for a new option that highlights the mouse cursor when you click. This feature is a presentation mode helper. The related "Find my mouse" tool has also received a few more settings. Besides, there are fixes and improvements to other tools.
