Now, Windows 11 deprecates the app. The Microsoft's official website states the following:

Steps Recorder is no longer being updated and will be removed in a future release of Windows. For screen recording, we recommend the Snipping Tool, Xbox Game Bar, or Microsoft Clipchamp.

The Tips app

The Tips app is a another inbox application that provides the user with helpful tips and tricks on using Windows. With its help, you can get the most out of the operating system.

Tips App

It offers a variety of tutorials and guides on various features and functionalities, helping users to discover hidden features, improve productivity, and enhance their overall Windows experience.

Microsoft will soon remove it from Windows 11, as stated on the Deprecated features page:

The Tips app is deprecated and will be removed in a future release of Windows. Content in the app will continue to be updated with information about new Windows features until the app is removed.

Looks like the Tip app will be replaced by Copilot. It is already capable to provide you with tips on using the OS, and its knowledge base is greatly expanding day by day.

So, if you rely on any of these new-deprecated apps, you should look for an alternative right now.
