Microsoft today released the official ISO images for Windows 10 Build 18343, which represents Windows 10 codename "19H1", the upcoming feature update, also known as version 1903, or April 2019 Update.
The original version of Windows 10 Build 18343 was released on February 22, 2019. For Slow Ring users, it replaces the previously released build 18290 from November 28, 2018.

Note: 18342.8 and 18343 have the same content, just the slightly different build number. Intentional difference due to media creation.

Download Windows 10 Insider Preview
Then, sign in with your Microsoft Account you used to join the Windows Insider Preview program. You will be able to download the Insider Preview, Insider Preview Enterprise and Insider Preview Home China editions of the ISO image.
