New information about Universal Apps designed for the Windows 10 platform has revealed an interesting change. Microsoft announced a few days ago that the Groove Music app now has Insider rings just like the operating system itself has. The ability to have "Insider rings" is not limited to the built-in Windows apps.

The Windows Insiders program went quiet after the release of Windows 10 build 11082. Although this build was released for the Fast Ring, new builds are not coming regularly enough.
