Mozilla Firefox now allows you to open multiple Picture-in-Picture videos. Earlier you could only have one floating video stream, but this has changed. You can already try out it and see how it works.

Firefox is Getting Picture-in-Picture Mode
A number of modern browsers now have a feature called Picture-in-Picture mode out of the box. Picture-in-Picture mode allows opening videos that play in the web browser in a small overlay window which can be managed separately from the browser's window. This feature is available in Google Chrome, Vivaldi, and others. Finally, it is coming to Mozilla Firefox.
