After pushing June 2021 firmware update to several Surface computers, Microsoft finishes the current month with a new set of bug fixes and improvements for Surface Duo, the only Surface device with Android, not Windows.
Unlike previous releases, June 2021 firmware update for Surface Duo does not offer much in the changelog. Users get only Android security patches and much-needed device and UI stability improvements. Besides, the update is tiny: you need only 84MB of storage to install Surface Duo June 2021 firmware.

June 2021 firmware update for Surface Duo is available for both American and European variants. In the US, the update comes with version number 2021.525.62. In Europe, 2021.525.62.
Considering the size and the number of changes/improvements in the release notes, you can tell there is still no Android 11 for Surface Duo. Although there were some rumors about Surface Duo getting Android 11 somewhere this summer, Microsoft remains tight-lipped about that. Such a novel device indeed requires more work to get to the newer Android version. Still, it is weird to see Microsoft's only flagship remains stuck with a two-year-old release while mainstream Android smartphones will soon be getting Android 12.
