Snipping Tool now has integration with Bing Visual Search

The latest version of Windows 11's Snipping Tool comes a hidden integration with Microsoft Bing. Starting with version 11.2404.37.0, there is now a "Visual Search with Bing" option in the context menu.

The change has been discovered by well-known tech enthusiast  PhantomOcean3. The new item allows users to easily search for information about objects in screenshots without uploading them to Bing. It will automate this task for you and save your time.

This feature was not officially announced yet. The latest official announcement is focused on new features such as a QR code detector, support for emoticons, and the ability to change the opacity of shapes' fill and outline colors. It also restores the Ruler tool. These updates are currently available to Windows Insiders.

The expanded capabilities of the Snipping Tool were first spotted last year. Since that time, Microsoft is actively working on the app, bringing various AI-powered stuff to it.
