If you have installed a newer version of Windows 10 but are not happy with the update, you may return to the previous version of the OS that you had prior to the upgrade. In Windows 10 version 1803, there is a new option which allows removing the appropriate option from the Settings app. This is a good change for users with a reason to remove it.

Say I want to readd the ability to rollback to a previous build after following this tutorial. Is that possible?
No it is not and it’s not recommended to do this when you get forced upgrade to “new” Windows version.
Okay, thank you for letting me know.
I need to make sure there is only an option “Reset this PC” and “Advanced startup” and no option “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10” shown on Recovery after delete the previous version like Windows 10 version 1507 and 1511
