Known issues for Windows 10 version 1903 May 2019 Update

Yesterday Microsoft made Windows 10 version 1903 'May 2019 Update' available to everyone. Interested users can manually install this feature update using the 'Download and install' option in Settings, or use the Media Creation Tool app. There are a number of known issues in this release that prevent the company from pushing version 1903 to all users via Windows Update. Here is the list of the issues Microsoft is about to resolve.

Windows 10 Version 1903 May 2019 Update is rolling out to non-Insiders

As you may remember, Microsoft has postponed public rollout of Windows 10 version 1903 '19H1' on April 4, 2019. By shifting the release from April to May, the company has allotted more time for testing. Today, Windows 10 version 1903 is available for regular users.

Ubuntu 19.04 “Disco Dingo” is now available as a Hyper-V image

Disable Narrator Home in Windows 10

Starting in Windows 10 version 1809 'October 2018 Update', the built-in Narrator feature now includes a new dialog, Quick Start Guide. It is intended to teach the user the basics of using Narrator, including its keyboard shortcuts, navigation, commands you can use, and more. With Windows 10 version 1903 'May 2019 Update', Quick Start Guide is replaced with a new 'Narrator Home' screen.
