Earlier in August, Microsoft released a couple of builds to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring. One of them was 19H2 Build 18363.329 from the 19H2 development branch. Initially, it was released to a small subset of users (10%). Microsoft today removed that limitation and made the update available to all the "seekers".
